Baseball Needs Analyzed

Baseball is unique in that it combines high skill tasks with high intensity movements done in a variety of directions. To be successful in baseball, you need to have a strong and stable foundation with good balance and coordination. You must have the ability to repeat short, high intensity explosive movements over the course of a 9 inning game.
